About the event
Learn the basics of American Mahjongg, a 4-player tile game that originated in China and has been popularized throughout the world. The session will be interactive and fun, and you will leave understanding the tiles, the NMJL card, and the flow of play. We will end with an open-hand game. Bring your lunch and instruction will start at 11:30. Cost: $115/person. Minimum of 4 people for class to run.
The NMJL card is available for purchase and is complimentary to B Lounge Members. Kim learned American Mahjong about 10 years ago and was quickly hooked on the game’s historic lore and its ability to connect people and keep her mind nimble.
