About the event
Let's get out in nature and build bone density together! Twice a week we'll meet at B Lounge at 930am to partake in some body movement. We will walk for 30 minutes and then turn around for the last 30. We'll walk local trails while we chat about life. We also have vests and "grabbers" for picking up any trash we see along the way. Free / open to all! Please join us.
