With meditation nooks, contemplative writing corners, and adaptable floor plans, the space supports a wide range of modalities including coaching circles, therapeutic groups, sound baths, embodiment practices, mindfulness workshops, and more.

Revenue Share & Rental Rates*

For Ticketed Events/Workshops:

We offer a revenue share option for some ticketed event/workshops. This is usually a 70/30 split of ticket sales for your event (30% to venue) in addition to some marketing, social media and other expectations in the partnership. Happy to discuss!

For Rentals*:

Weekday & Weeknight rentals

$75/hour | 8am-5pm or 5pm - 10pm | Monday - Thursday

Weekend Rentals - daytime

$150/hour | 10am - 4pm | Saturday & Sunday

Weekend Rentals - evening

$200/hour | after 4pm | Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Bartending / Alcohol on Premises

If your event includes serving ANY alcohol we require $125 for permit fee to serve AND
We require hiring a bartender (we'll arrange) at $35/hour during your event.

*Certain restrictions apply depending on party size, event timing, etc. Subject to availability. Members receive 20% off listed price. Non-profits also receive discounted rates. Please inquire!
